WHY WE BUILT INSPIRED PULSE

A growth partnership.
Not a guessing game.

At Inspired Marketing & Design, we use reporting to make informed decisions. You deserve that same view of your business: clear numbers, useful context, and the ability to ask your own questions.

We work best with business owners who want to grow and like being involved. A real partnership needs trust, transparency, and a shared goal: growing your revenue and profit. Pulse brings the connected reporting we rely on into your hands.

Results over vanity.

We care about meaningful customer actions and business outcomes. Visibility is useful context—not proof of revenue on its own.

Your numbers. Shared openly.

See the same connected reporting, insights, and statistics we use for your account, with dates and sources you can check.

Wins and declines.

We love celebrating progress. We don’t hide a drop. The quieter periods can teach us as much as the wins—especially when we look at history and business context.

A partner, not just a report.

Websites, local search, ads, and content work together. The numbers help us decide what to improve; your goals keep that work pointed in the right direction.

Honest. Clear. Accountable. No spin. Just real.

More meaning. Less noise.

Visitors, submissions, Google customer actions, rankings, and advertising results—based on the services connected for your business.

The next question is welcome.

Go beyond a chart with optional Ask Pulse. Explore sources, pages, comparisons, and available history without digging through separate dashboards.

Your results, within reach.

Open your private reports on your laptop or phone. Add Pulse to your Home Screen for convenient app-style access.

A CLOSER LOOK

One place.
A clearer picture.

Start with the highlights, then explore the details. Dates, comparisons, and source information help put each number in context.

Know where your visitors come from.

See how Google, direct visits, ChatGPT, and other sources contribute to your website traffic—not just one big total.

YOUR NUMBERS. A BETTER WAY TO EXPLORE THEM.

“Wait, I can
ask that?”

Yes. Ask a plain-language question. Pulse can look up your connected reporting data, calculate, compare, organize, and explain the result—with the evidence behind it.

You don’t need to know which dashboard to open or which formula to use. Ask where your visitors came from, what pages they explored, or how this period compares with last year.

AI helps you understand the numbers. It does not change your source data or make changes to your campaigns.

AI is optional. Your core reports work without it. Answers depend on supported sources and available history; Pulse identifies missing or incomplete data.

GOOD QUESTIONS TO TRY

Your website

Find out where interest starts—and where it goes next.

  • How many website visitors came from ChatGPT this year?
  • What percentage of website visitors came from paid traffic versus organic traffic?
  • Which website traffic source grew the most recently?
  • How many website submissions did I get in the last 30 days?
  • Other than my home page, what is my most visited page?
  • Which cities sent the most website visitors in the past year?
  • How many visits have I received across all available website history?

History means the data stored by your connected source, including supported imports. Submission reporting depends on your configured tracking goal.

Your Google Business Profile

Understand the patterns behind local interest.

  • What was my best Google Business Profile month this year?
  • What month do I tend to get the most phone calls?
  • Which Google Business Profile customer action changed the most?

Profile phone clicks indicate intent to call—not confirmed answered calls. Monthly comparisons use the profile history available to Pulse.

Your reputation

Learn from what customers are telling you.

  • What month did I get the most reviews?
  • What themes are mentioned most in my reviews?
  • Please give me my review request link.

Themes use the available review text, which may be a recent sample rather than your full review history. Review-request links must be saved for your business.

Your search visibility

See movement. Spot the next opportunity.

  • What keywords are gaining visibility recently?
  • Which keyword opportunities should I focus on next?

Keyword questions use connected tracking, search areas, and available comparison history—not every search your business could appear in.

KEEP ASKING

“How do these results compare with the same period last year?”

These are examples to try in your private workspace—not a public chat or live client data. The questions available to you reflect your connected services.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE NUMBERS

Built by the team
working alongside you.

We’re Inspired Marketing & Design, a Gilbert-based growth partner for local and service businesses. Pulse grew out of how we work: connect the pieces, make decisions with evidence, and keep clients in the conversation.

A report doesn’t replace that partnership. It makes it more open. We’ll celebrate your wins, work through what needs attention, and keep the focus on the business you’re building.

GOOD TO KNOW

Simple access.
Thoughtful details.

Is Inspired Pulse included with every service?

Your reporting setup reflects the services we manage and the sources connected for your business. Not every client needs every tab. Ask Inspired about what’s included in your plan.

Do I have to use AI to see my reports?

No. The core reporting pages work independently of the Ask Pulse interface. Client-facing AI is an optional feature that Inspired can enable separately.

How do I get access?

Inspired invites you to your private client workspace. Each authorized person uses their own account—no shared passwords. Already invited? Sign in here.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Reports are built for mobile browsers, and you can add Inspired Pulse to your phone’s Home Screen. No app-store download is required.

Are these examples live client reports?

No. These are approved screenshots from Legends Luxury Auto Repair. Actual client reports and AI answers require authorized access. Read our privacy policy for connected data and optional AI processing details.
